My first enquiry was a phone call to one of your building inspectors, who then directed me back to the office where an inspector was arranged to come and do the job. All the people I dealt with were excellent!
Then, to receive the written report on the same day of inspection was really awesome!!
For me personally, your excellent service gave me a boost of confidence and enthusiasm, because when doing a big project like mine you meet “all sorts” and inefficiency and delays have a ripple effect which becomes disheartening!
