Following the report, and at BSS's advice, we applied for and received a historic Code of Compliance Certificate, which we didn't think we'd be able to do. This has added significantly to the value of the property and we're very grateful.
The BSS team were professional and responsive, and answered a number of my rookie questions following the inspection.
